Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Heather’s Love Lounge LLC, we are committed to providing quality products and exceptional customer service. Due to the personal nature of many of the products we offer, we have established the following policy.

Term of Service for Heathers Love Lounge LLC

YouMUST BE 18 OR OLDER TO PURCHASE 

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, all intimate wellness products, personal care items, cosmetics, skincare products, and opened bath and body products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Intimate wellness products and accessories
  • Opened bath and body products
  • Skincare products
  • Cosmetics
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at 610-724-1790/Heather Thompson 

To assist with your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging

Upon review, we may offer:

  • A replacement item
  • Store credit
  • A refund at our discretion

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not already been processed or shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Heather’s Love Lounge LLC.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Heather’s Love Lounge LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues.
